Social Skills Group for Neurodivergent Learners (Ages 5-11)

An engaging, in-person program designed for neurodivergent kids to learn and practice essential social skills in a fun, supportive setting.

🎭 Interactive Activities:
Through role-playing, discussions, and guided practice, participants build confidence, strengthen social skills, and develop meaningful connections—all facilitated by experienced educators.

📚 Developmental Grouping:
We group participants based on developmental level rather than strict age ranges, offering flexibility for individual needs:

• Ages 5–8

• Ages 9–11

Empowering young learners with essential life skills through collaboration and growth.

🌟 What is FLASH?
F.L.A.S.H. (Functional Learning And Skills Hub) equips neurodivergent teens with the tools they need to thrive in life and relationships. Through a structured and engaging program, participants will develop skills for independent living, household management, and community integration.

🧩 Key Focus Areas:

• Belonging & Safety: Creating inclusive spaces in the community.

• Purposeful Work: Aligning with meaningful and joyful employment.

• Communication: Building effective self-advocacy and communication skills.

• Healthy Boundaries: Learning to set and maintain boundaries.

• Executive Functioning: Mastering time management, organization, and more!

Transition Planning for Teens and Young Adults (Ages 16-21)

🌟 Ready to take the next step? Our in-person program empowers teens and young adults to transition confidently from school to post-secondary education, employment, independent living, and community participation.

• Expert guest speakers

• Personalized support: small group and one-on-one coaching
